How long does production take?
Most in-stock pieces ship within 2 business days. Made-to-order rings take 3–4 weeks. Fully bespoke pieces take 4–6 weeks.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — interest-free 4-month and 12-month plans on orders above $500, subject to approval at checkout.
Are your diamonds certified?
Every diamond above 0.25ct is GIA-certified. The certification number ships with each piece.
How do I find my ring size?
Order our free at-home ring sizer, or book a virtual consultation and we'll guide you through measuring with what you have at home.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes — 30 days, no questions, free both ways. Bespoke and engraved pieces are non-returnable but always covered by warranty.
Do you resize rings?
We resize purchased pieces once for free within the first year. After that, sizing is offered at cost.
What metals do you work with?
We offer 14k and 18k yellow, white, and rose gold, as well as platinum. All metals are ethically sourced and hallmarked.
Do you offer custom or bespoke designs?
Absolutely. Our bespoke design service starts with a free consultation where we discuss your vision, budget, and timeline. Most bespoke pieces are completed in 4–6 weeks.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions. We never store your full card details on our servers.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box. Clean gently with warm water and a soft brush. Avoid exposing fine jewelry to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or perfumes.
